Country Girl, Ground Breaker and Dave. How is all of your gardens doing? I added some new pictures of mine. I have about 8 Cantalopes, 2 Pumpkins ( I don't think they will make it through the summer, Buut we will have to wait and see ). Also have a couple of watermelons. Trying to grow some Sweet Potatoes. Strawberries are about done producing. Tomato's are a constant fight with the bugs but I have gotten a few of them. The corn is another story. Once spring sprung, it produced a ton of silk worms from all of the oak trees around my house. They turned in to moths which laid the eggs on the corn plants and the larve ate holes all over the leaves. I was told to spray them with Palmolive dish soap and that would take care of them. It did at first. I had a couple of ears coming out and some kind of worm got in them and destroyed them. I guess I didn't spray often enough. :-( . That is twice that I have tried to grow corn. I don't think I will try it again. But the good thing is that I love watching everything grow and it chages everyday.
