Why I'm Getting Dirty:  Desire to live more simply, frugally, and provide most of my vegetarian diet.

    Congrats on being farmer of the day. You have quite a few different vegetables. I just have a few in my backyard raised beds.

    EggSpudition, It was shredded and made into zucchini bread. The rest of the shreds were dehydrated and used later so as not to go to waste :)
