Why I'm Getting Dirty: We're looking to live a more self-reliant life and to pass it on to our son. However, I never knew how much I would love it and how beautiful veggie gardening would be. I'm in love!

we are putting in a fall garden this year now that the temp. has started to get to normal, but right now the area is being used to huse the nieghbors small herd of pygm goats, they took out the fence and came to visit. so we are fixing the fence

Congrats on Farmer of the Day. Self-reliant back to the roots of America living is where my family came from and where I still yearn to be. However I have to be satisfied with my Urban Ranch mid town city lot. It keeps me busy enough and the three raised beds give me a chance to grow a few veggies.
