I posted progress pictures... ...my Summer labors... ...chicken yard with log-cabin style chicken coop... ...used rounded garden timbers for body and recycled playhouse roof for roof/lid... ...rain shelter on side with old mimosa limbs for perches... ...chicken yard built around fruit trees... ...fence edged with yellow lantana...

Such a good thought on how to enjoy the country without leaving the city. I grew up in the countryside, then moved to the city. I am slowly getting used to all the hub-bub there, but I'm going back soon. I hope you don't mind my oh-so-boring story! Beautiful chicken
