Hey Cooki-do you have the ok for chickens yet? I saw an article about the ordinances in San Francisco and Alameda in California-they are changing their rules but are still having a problem with small animals-keep trying!

Congrats on being farmer of the day. Do you have chickens yet? The city council can be reluctant to allow chickens. Many here at Urban Farmer have been persistant about changing city ordinances with great success I might add. Just don't give up.

A petition was started to eliminate the "village" of Depew. We would become part of the town of Lancaster. The best part is... Lancaster allows chickens!!!

Buffalo, NY just reversed the ordinance on backyard chickens. YEAY! Working on reversing Depew's ordinance so I can add chicken's to my little slice of Heaven!
