Crops:  Basil, Blackberries, Broccoli, Carrots, Cauliflower, Celery, Corn, Cucumbers, Garlic, Green beans, Kale, Lemons, Lettuce, Oregano, Potatoes, Rosemary, Squash, Strawberries, Tomatoes

Why I'm Getting Dirty:  Most of all to get back in touch with nature, the seasons and mans not so ancient past when they could survive without a grocery store.

    Congrats on being farmer of the day. I too have containers. I have 22 of them on the front patio with flowers to perk up the drab wall and patio. That's my profile picture.

    I'm not so sure about surviving without a grocery store,but I am trying to get back to a simpler lifestyle.
