Congrats on being farmer of the day.

I think it's very unique that you would have a wild part to your garden. I've had a couple wild life habitats in my back yard and it wasn't pretty. I used the hedge trimmers to cut the mess down and hauled it away.

Have a great Farmer of the day.

    CJStAugustine,

Thank you, I let the birseed grow too :) I also sprinkle "Wildflower" seed packets in the corner, you can see it a couple of the pictures where the Yellow Iris are, that is my "wildflower" area, whatever grows there is welcome :)

I am honored :) I was out planting Strawberries and preparing the front beds for tomatos and melons, the ground is finally dry enough to work.

Beautiful flowers! I grew sunflowers this year by seeds that I purchased. I also let the bird seed from our feeders grow and got a lot more! I would like to be able to grow more flowers along with the veggies.
    Nice picture.
