Day Job:  Urban Farmer for Chicago Chefs

The Digs:  Backyard, Containers, Front yard, Other, Rooftop

Crops:  Apples, Avocados, Basil, Bell Peppers, Black currants, Blackberries, Blueberries, Bok-choy, Broccoli, Brussels sprouts, Cabbage, Carrots, Cauliflower, Celery, Cherries, Chestnuts, Chile Peppers, Chinese cabbage, Collards, Corn, Cucumbers, Figs, Filbert (Hazelnut), Garlic, Gourds, Grapes, Green beans, Jalepeno Peppers, Kale, Kohlrabi, Lavender, Lemons, Lettuce, Melons, Mint, Mushrooms, Mustard Greens, Olives, Oranges, Oregano, Peaches, Pears, Peas, Pecans, Potatoes, Pumpkins, Raspberries, Rosemary, Spinach, Squash, Strawberries, Sugar Snap Peas, Thyme, Tomatoes, Turnips, We grow 65 food crops at our apartment container garden, as well as over 100 food items at the restaurant rooftop above Topolobampo and various other rooftops and backyards in Chicago. And we have chickens, two kinds of quail, ducks, bees, and rabbits at the coach house or other places in the city.
