Crops:  Basil, Bell Peppers, Blackberries, Blueberries, Broccoli, Cabbage, Carrots, Cauliflower, Cucumbers, Garlic, Green beans, Kale, Lavender, Lettuce, Melons, Mint, Oregano, Peas, Potatoes, Pumpkins, Spinach, Squash, Strawberries, Sugar Snap Peas, Tomatoes, Turnips

Animals:  Dogs, Rabbits

Why I'm Getting Dirty:  In 2012 I traded my corporate job in Human Resources for the realization of a dream to provide a living for our family while doing something healthy for our community.

    Nosurrender, I trust you'll have the opportunity to do it someday! It can be hard work, but so rewarding! I think the fact that I barely know what I'm doing works in my favor, because I'm not so wrapped up in "this is the way we've always done it" that I can't stop to think outside the box.     Thanks for asking! My husband still works full-time and provides for our living while the farm is getting on its feet. All the same, we've given up more than half our income to do this and have to be resourceful to make sure our farm remains debt free. Thanks for asking!
