Hi Vegan. I checked out your blog. I look forward to watching your progress. I live in a suburb of Toronto and the front yard you see in my house picture is the bulk of my gardening space. My "urban farm" is currently in the small back yard area but this year, we will be converting the front yard completely to garden, no grass. We're getting a landscaper to do the heavy work. I, too, have been interested in and reading up on permaculture. Our front yard will have mostly native shrubs and flowers once complete. I want to include edibles, as well, and will work it out over time.

I see you're interested in permaculture. Do you practice that in your garden? Got any photos of your garden?

I see your a fan of permaculture. Have you implemented any techniques in your garden yet? I'm particularly interested in attracting beneficial and predatory insects. Let us know! Congrats!
