I posted progress pictures... ...my Summer labors... ...chicken yard with log-cabin style chicken coop... ...used rounded garden timbers for body and recycled playhouse roof for roof/lid... ...rain shelter on side with old mimosa limbs for perches... ...chicken yard built around fruit trees... ...fence edged with yellow lantana...

thanks for the information, I'll look into the breed, my husband's uncle and his wife raise Baraboes and we bottled raised one for a couple of months, but we had to get rid of him, we lived in Base housing and the commandar of the AF Base was not pleased, so we sent him to my in-laws, now we can have what we want and no rules or base regulations to live by.
