Crops:  Apples, Basil, Bell Peppers, Blackberries, Blueberries, Broccoli, Cabbage, Carrots, Cauliflower, Celery, Cherries, Chile Peppers, Chinese cabbage, Corn, Cucumbers, Figs, Garlic, Grapes, Jalepeno Peppers, Kale, Lavender, Lemons, Lettuce, Melons, Mint, Oranges, Oregano, Peaches, Pears, Peas, Potatoes, Raspberries, Rosemary, Spinach, Squash, Strawberries, Sugar Snap Peas, Thyme, Tomatoes, Eggplant, beets, tomatillos, ground cerries, persimmons, apriums, pluots, nectarines, quince, tangerines, Mexican limes, loquats, mandarins, etrog, meyer lemons, Dwarf pak choy, kale, chinese kale, cilantro, swiss chard, horse radish, lemon grass, parsnips, asparagus, squash (winter and summer), beets, lettuce, ...and more!

Animals:  Cats, Chickens, Dogs, Goats, Laying and meat chickens: 2 Silkies (cock and hen but still chicks), 9 red sexlink hens, 1 black sexlink hen, 1 cuckoo Maran 8 pound rooster, 2 bantum/silkie laying hens, 1 bantum silkie rooster, 2 Guinea hen (chicks - think they are hen and cock), and meat chicks come and go. ;-) Also have a Nigerian Dwarf buck and looking for a goat friend for him.

Why I'm Getting Dirty:  Love learning, living off the land, and watching the animals play. Nothing better than plucking a hand grown item from the garden and tasting the freshness or putting all that love into a dish. Brings SO much happiness. Can't wait to make cheese, bees, rabbits...
