Why I'm Getting Dirty:  did away with processed sugar in our diet so I got bee hives.don't care for store bought potatoes so I got barrels and grew our own. Bought my wife peaches and she threw the pits out the back door of the house and now we have thirty peach trees. I tried to get her to throw a hundred dollar bill out the back door.

Well the coyotes and raccoons got the last of my girls last night. think I'm done with chickens for awhile. That's ok though now I can spend more time with my bee's. This winter has been hard on them. The ice storm and freezing temps took one of my hives so will have to start over come spring. the topbar is doing great though
