Crops:  Apples, Basil, Bell Peppers, Blueberries, Broccoli, Brussels sprouts, Cabbage, Carrots, Celery, Chile Peppers, Collards, Cucumbers, Figs, Garlic, Grapes, Green beans, Lavender, Lemons, Lettuce, Melons, Mint, Peas, Potatoes, Pumpkins, Rosemary, Spinach, Squash, Sugar Snap Peas, Tomatoes, Turnips

Animals:  French Angora rabbits, honey bees, heritage chickens
