Day Job: Warranty Admin. & Service Coordinator at a tractor & heavy equipment shop

Why I'm Getting Dirty: I wanted to increase my family's self-sufficiency, and move our diet away from being all store-bought. We eat organics as much as we can afford to, so it was a natural move for us. Last year, my tractor-tread garden produced so many heirloom tomatoes that my basement is now FULL of home-canned tomato sauce (not to mention what's happened to my freezer!) This year, we want to do pickles. I'm gonna need more jars! LOL
