Comments On - Apple Trees

Apple trees do put on a wonderful display in the spring and reward us with a most delightful fruit in the late summer. I for one love apple pies and think that the best ever fruit tree is the apple tree. Nebraska has many apple orchards and history has it that the infamous Johnny Apple Seed started this state's love affair with the apple tree.

Thanks, AZ. We just about have strawberries now; you'll read about them soon.

Yikes! What provocative writing. I love it. "Even if second growth has shaded out their fruit or no human can reach to eat what remains, they show off, they catcall..." What a great line.

My Apple trees here in the desert are almost ripe...silly how different the climates can be :)

Mmm, you make spring so sensual. What an evocative piece! Save some ginger-syrup pears for me next time, please!

I love this article. The amazing smells of spring time are something I really miss about Westchester county.
