Comments On - Mobile Processing for Backyard Chickens

Thank you for this innovation. This is what Uganda needs most urgently to provide safe and quality chicken to our people especially in the small urban centres. We are having challenges with food safety issues. I would love to be in touch with you as soon as possible for investment opportunity in this area. I am a veterinarian and have land near Kampala city and this could be utilised for the business and the potential is enormous. A partnership arrangement would be great.

Wow, what an interesting story! I was thinking of raising birds for meat in the Spring. It's silly that we eat tons of chicken and have chickens that we don't eat. I still want to keep those laying pet chickens, but I think if I raise a chicken specifically for food and don't name it, I'll be okay. And my family can have fresh meat. How wonderful.
