Comments On - Vertical Gardening for Accessibility

I've grown tomatoes and cucumbers vertically for years with great results. The tomatoes are in cages and the cukes are grown on fencing between post supports. It's huge saving in space and the produce stays much healther.

The hay idea seems interesting.

My garden will be all vertical this year, not only because it is easier to access, it is also cleaner and produces more. I even made my chicken coop easier to access by building it over the pen. Cleaning and collecting eggs is so much easier!

This company has a great vertical garden product:
http://www.gardensoxx.com/product_p/fgs%20-%208x2. htm
they are great to plant and then throw in a vertical stand like this:
Their compost filled GardenSoxx system can be placed pretty much anywhere and can grow flowers, vegetables, berries, herbs, etc.

Vertical growing has been in my garden for the last three years. I find that it's just as the article states. It's easier to take care of and easier to harvest.

Have a great garden day.

I like these ideas. Easy to fence in to keep out the deer.

Great ideas. The sky is no longer the limit when you garden vertically. I like the accessibility part.
