Not so much a fan of microwaves as the author seems to be. I much prefer the more traditional method of preparing food like adding actual heat to the food instead of exciting the water molecules so that they vibrate the cells apart. But, to each his own.

Microwave ovens RUIN food. I am very surprised to see an article about using one for cooking, especially here. Sad.

The microwave is my friend. I cook and reheat almost exclusively with the microwave. Of course my microwave has a convection oven in it as well so between the two options the regular stove oven hasn't been used in years. It does take up counter space but it's well worth it.

Have a great microwave day.
