I have trained myself to use the re-usable shopping bags. I like them much better.

Well, it's a nice idea but why not recycle the bags instead? Paper bags can't be recycled and we need trees to make them.

BTW, what is a conveniniece store?

Load of garbage. These bags can be manufactured from bio-ethical materials that cause no problems. Everybody doesn't carry around a cloth bag to go shopping with. Whatever happened to letting the economy decide what works and what doesn't?
