Comments On - Adding Value to Vegetables


A big part of enjoying food is in the preparing of it. I like the chopping and peeling and cooking and really like to eating.

Kind of an interesting cross between the traditional Farmer's Market concept where you buy freshly harvested vegetables and a grocery store where they process your food to whatever degree you want. I'm not sure if I would go for the "added value" concept. I'm more of a "show me the veggie" kind of guy.
