Radishes, they go with most any veggie and are even great alone.

I love radishes. I usually have anywhere from 6 to 10 varieties growing. I grow them throughout the year. They are great for interplanting as well as using space while I wait for other crops to finish. I munch on them as I work the garden and always have them in my salads. Shredded, they are great in my morning eggs.

Too simple, too tasty to do without.
