Wow! Sounds like a great vegetable to cultivate at home! Will have to seriously investigate the nutrional quality. Might be a good substitute for my cabbage dish.

I first tried sugarloaf chicory on Germany, I found it in a small market, we had it several time, but when we can back to the US, I have yet to find it in the markets
