Recipe: Ale Vinaigrette
Use your leftover beer to dress up a healthy side salad.

- 1 cup home-brewed ale (most types of ale will work well)
- 1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 T. brown mustard
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tsp. honey
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
In a lidded jar, combine all ingredients. Shake vigorously, and serve over fresh greens. Dressing can be stored in the refrigerator for at least 2 weeks.
Makes about 2 cups.
