Simple Goat Butter
Simple goat butter is an easy butter recipe that can be spiced up with herbs or simply enjoyed on bread.

Ingredients
- 1 cup of heavy goat milk cream
- jar with lid
- pinch of salt
Preparation
Put cream into jar. Screw lid on tightly. Shake jar until cream begins to harden. Pour off any liquid left in the jar. Stir in pinch of salt. Enjoy!
