Combatting hair fall isn’t always easy, especially when you need to go specialists far away from your home. Although the specialists may know more than us, these three home remedies are natural and do work when you use them frequently!

Olive oil

Not only in culinary purposes is a healthy product, but also in health care, it has it benefits: reducing hair fall.

Before you use olive oil, make sure that it is extra-virgin and of high quality. Some products can contain additional chemicals that can damage the hair even more, so be warned.

Anyways to start, get around 3 tbsps of your chosen oil. Once you have those you can choose between two ways:

Get into the shower with hot water, make sure your hair is wet, then apply the oil and massage it into your scalp. You should do that for about 10 minutes or till you think you’ve massaged enough. It doesn’t really matter how long you do it as long as it is spread.

Get a bowl of warm water, (don’t burn yourself!) and add the olive oil. Now put your head inside the bowl and ensure that all the floating olive oil is spread over your head.

Now get yourself a towel (or plastic hat) and tie it around your head. Leave it there for a few hours, you can sleep with it for a maximum result, but then it is possible that you wake up with dirty sheets!

Try to do this around two times a week.

Onions

Don’t start crying now. Onions make you cry, but they even make your hair healthier then you would think. Onion is rich in sulfur which is one of the essential nutrients in promoting hair growth. It is also useful for treating dandruff and a dry or itchy scalp.

To start to get a handful of outer peels of the onion and put them in a blender. If you want to do it manually you can use a knife to cut into very small pieces. Now you can extract the liquid by putting them in a sieve or you can directly apply the paste on your scalp. Keep it there for about 30 minutes and now wash it off with a natural shampoo.

You have to repeat the treatment as many times as you can, but three times a week should be enough. If you want you can also add other ingredients (olive oil for example) to the paste/liquid.

Lime seeds

Another, rather unknown method is one which makes use of lime seeds. Dry some seeds and grind them. Mix it with hot water (not too hot of course!) and apply it on your scalp. Leave it on your head for about an hour and wash it off with water. It should work fine without shampoo, if not use a natural one! Do this as many times as possible. Additionally, you can fenugreek seeds or other ingredients, but don’t start mixing everything or your hair might get all colors of the rainbow!

Whatever treatment you decide is best for your hair, you should begin to use it as soon as possible once you notice hair loss, according to thehairlossadvisor.com. It is known that the longer your hair follicle remains dormant, and not producing a strand of hair, the more likely it will remain permanently inactive!
